Title: Super Fever 50
Post by: SuperFever50 on January 14, 2011, 09:36:49 PM
I have a Super Fever 50 that I cant get to start. Has no spark. Have replaced spark plug, ignition coil, and still no luck. Does this sound like it could be a voltage regulator or CDI box ??  Perhaps the stator ?   Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Could be...
also a blown fuse, side stand switch, brake switch, starter lock ... already checked the easy things?

sometimes a clean scoot is a happy scoot.go around and clean all the wires unplug and clean the wires to the cdi box- battery- choke relays- everything you can think off.

Hi, SuperFever50!

Welcome to the forum!!

Are you trying to start it with the push start button or kick starting it?

Hey, SuperFever50, what kind of gas did you put in your scoot? Is it fresh? If it was sitting awhile you may just need some fresh gas.

You gots a good brand of spark plug??

Most likely the cdi, very well could be the stator also.
