Yeah, SOS.
I'd like to hear the story of anyone who needed assistance while riding any distance from home.
I was hit one time in Mass. but was still able to ride it home.
For 12 years I've been riding 4 different, pretty reliable, scooters.
Wait - I did get a cut tire on my Forza - and needed a flat-bed tow to my dealers for a new tire....about 5 miles away.

That was a VERY expensive sunny day ride!!

Maybe a couple of call outs over the years Stig, the most dramatic of which was 20-odd years ago for my 955i which fried its ECU on an Italian Autostrada in Tuscany late one night! Bike was taken off to Numero Tre in La Spezia who fixed it in a matter of days and, despite the bike being over 2 years old, Triumph reimbursed me the cost as a gesture of goodwill. I was ferried onto the holiday villa we had booked and we even went on to have our best ever holiday. (Wife had driven the Landy and kids down to Italy.)
Ruffus, your country is a motorcycling Nirvana. I'd love to get back there.
