How to clean it? I used wet napkins it help a little.. brake cleaner will clean it?

I've used a toothbrush and soapy water to clean calipers and pistons. You can also use some very fine steel wool to clean the pistons. You don't want to push dirty, corroded pistons back into the bore. I would be very careful using brake cleaner as it will cause rubber parts to swell, although I don't see the rubber dust boots visible in your picture (?)

why renew? I can just clean them with brake cleaner.. they still work

Because brakes and parts of it are safety related items on which yours and others lives depends on.
