I bought my downtown 350i with 21000 km and in 25000 km i tried to change the oil but i couldn't open the oil screen filter bolt and the screw is worn.. now i in 82000km and still i never opened that bolt.. this is bad? I know there is a reusable filter but i am afraid maybe the thread is damaged inside so.. what to do leave it like this. This is not cause engine failure??

Given the tight space you're working on Yoni, I reckon the first option described here might be your best bet? Though it will need a small financial outlay - but that's better than a knackered engine! From memory, I thing the oil screen bolt head is 17mm, same as the drain plug.

Best bet for confined spaces is to use a bolt extractor. A nut or bolt extractor is a specialized tool made just for this purpose. Simply select the extractor that corresponds with the size of the bolt and hammer it firmly onto the bolt's head. Then, fit a drive ratchet onto the extractor, and twist off the bolt counter-clockwise.

Yoni considering this scoot has 82000 kms on the clock there are basically two options.
The first as Neil suggests
and the second would be to see a mechanic shop just to loosen this oil bolt and LET do an oilchange by them. Costs most probably less (avoiding the risk of more demage) than to buy this tools.

Tried a 6 point socket?
The plug to the rear will drain the oil, yes?
If you really can't get it into a dealer....
You could drain and change the oil with that 2nd plug, I think?
At least the oil is fresh - but, yeah - I'd try the correct, snug fitting 6 pt socket.

I have no knowledge about Downtown models but you are correct - if the thread is damaged at the inside and you manage to remove that nut you will probably face a bigger problem.
I assume the Downtown models have onother drain plug like the other models and you always use the other plug to drain the oil during oil changes.
I never found any dirt stuck at my scooters' screen filters and I've never seen any comments from anyone who ever found any dirt at those filters.
The purpose of the screen filters is to prevent any bigger pieces of engine components getting sucked into the oil pump - causing damage to the oil pump. Any bigger pieces of engine material will be sitting at the outside of the filter mesh (between the bolt and the mesh).
If you use another bolt to drain oil during oil changes I would not worry about removing the damaged bolt and I would rather not try to remove it.
Instead of trying to remove that bolt I would rather drain the oil by removing the other drain plug (if the scooter has another drain plug), put the drain plug back in place, and use Kreosene instead of oil to fill up again. DO NOT START THE ENGINE - just "shake" the scooter a couple of times to the left and right. The kreosene should "wash" off the dirt (if any) from the filter mesh.
Then remove the other drain plug again, and drain the kreosene properly. Just make sure there is no kreosene left in the engine.
Then put the plug back in place again, and and fill up with engine oil.
I have done this in the past to my first Agility when I've had problems with the original nut at the mesh filter. I've ordered a new nut afterwards.

I can confirm this. I used to pull that screen and clean it during oil changes but I never found anything on it. I gave up pulling it out. I've done over 80k km and I reckon the last time I checked it was before 50k. I gurantee if I pull it next time it will be spotless. It's also a pretty long screen, so even if you had some chunks on it, it's hard to imagine it would be enough to slow the flow of oil. If it got to that state you would have much bigger problems. I wouldn't panic. If you are doing regular oil changes you're probably good.

yes but i am afraid maybe there some metal pieces in the screen filter that need to be cleaned.. 60000km without cleaning it
