Title: Ability 50 start button not working though starts with kick start

Hi
Where should I start looking to fix the start button.
Do I use a multimeter if so how?
Is there a wiring diagram that I can follow?

check the battery, should be 13.0 volts fully charged

PSG, welcome here!
Get access to your battery.
Take a multimeter, switch it on 20 VDC:
-put probes on battery poles
-as Randyo says, should be more than 13 VDC in a fully charged battery
-if around 12 -13 V,  charge battery external or
-jumpstart via cables from a car s battery
Runs with jumpstart, most probably your battery is done.
