@Vyacheslav welcome here!
Battery light (permanent) on could mean too less voltage from generator.

To test: multimeter to have
-seat tray out
-unplug this two prong connector which leads from regulator/rectifier to your battery
-start engine
-measure at this red and black cables VDC
-less than 14.5 V, we have to go further (later)
-more than 15.-16 V your reg/rec is shot

Please see link and come back for Qs.

The voltage regulator was replaced, the charge became 14.3 volts. The lamp continues to burn

And it's strange. When I turn on the ignition, it doesn't light. After starting the engine, it lights up after 5 seconds.

Odd to be sure, but if I'm charging 14 volts & the battery stays up, I'm not letting it spoil my riding.

Have you read thru the manual?  Kymcos tell you stuff via the indicator lights.  Such as "Time to change the oil", etc.  No two models flash the same messages.
