Title: NSR, MotoGuzzi Nevada 750 Club final ...
Post by: Ruffus on February 11, 2025, 06:14:26 PM
Another project finished at my GUZZI...
-leather side bags changed against hardware a little bit more shapely
-there were no panel holders available for this model, so cutting and welding
-side covers (battery and fusebox side) were broken/lost, so homemade from glassmatts and resin
-BITUBO rear shocks for lowered frame
-different rear light and indicators to go with boxes
(went intentionally bigger against contemporary mainstream to go to smaller indicators)
-red bottom light has to be
-conic air intakes for carbs
-oil catch can and air repulse system
-and a few hours of carb rejetting and testriding
All in all a nice job I enjoyed.

Really nice job Ruffus.  Yours or for a customer?

Moto Guzzi is an itch I never scratched.  Always like the look of the Le Mans back in the day and I see the modern Guzzis are still a good looking machine.

I rest my case...

Could not see this transparent windshield anymore, so I got an original from eighties but was in bad shape and had to be fillered and painted. With temps in 20°C outdoor spraypaint is easier.
Also changed to LED indicators with running sequence.
