Seriously - when looking for a good cold weather riding jacket - I tried to buy one of these ICON jackets a few years ago from Revzilla.
They sent the largest size - but it was too snug for layering - so I returned it (free - love Revzilla)
I really loved that thing - so powerfully unassuming! :)

Wouldn't meet your needs for hi-viz Stig, but here's my (overdue a wash) go to winter jacket:

In my defence for using it, I would just point out that the rear Dianese logo and the white piping is highly reflective!

God bless you guys! I'm 80 years old and you won't see me on my scooter if it's below 50 degrees. I have both a bright yellow t-shirt, and a lightweight bright yellow jacket. They are both very bright and visible with reflective stripes. I also added black reflective graphics all over my scooter for better visibility.
