I have a new Kymco 125 DTX TCS and I cannot find any info on how many Kilometers or miles are left in the tank when the fuel light flashes. I don't have a paper manual yet only PDF which is in Spanish as I live in the Canary Islands, under the seat is a QR code to access the manual. Thanks in advance.

@Willie5094 welcome here!
Nearly none of motorcycle producers give figures to that subject.
Since you have a fuel capacity of 12.5 liters according official ads, you might try to run, with a small jerrycan in your trunk (2 ltrs) out of gas. Only this will give you some indicator.

Ah, the old "after the flash, when will I be walking?"
Willie - why would you trust us?! our imaginings could leave you Km's from civilization!
Seriously - I've not seen "flash-to-walking" mileage figures printed many places.
Perhaps you can find the info, in whatever language, surely? - of your tank's capacity.
Ride and learn your mpg's - when the light comes on...refill.
Do the math afterwards? That was your 'reserve'.
How far we ride when the reserve light comes on can be so different for every scooter, for many reasons. But, you're right - you should be able to get a ball-park figure after a little experimenting to learn your mileage.
Now I will got to the map and look for the Canary Islands.......
We love photos here! If you could post some?!
Regards, Stig

Hi Willie, I have a DTX320 and have posted on here about the effective range.
They use the same superstructure and given that your 125cc should be way more economical than my 320cc, I’d confidently expect you to match or exceed my minimum 200 mile range between fill ups!
If you’re a bit windy trying this for the first few times, carry a small (half litre) fuel bottle under the seat?
