Title: Unknown part and missing connection in air line

Can anyone tell me the part that 3 vacuum lines attach to under the floorboard and next to the battery (on the right side in a 2016 ag 50). I can’t find it referenced anywhere. It has LDC8 stamped on the bottom with a printer number of 160106 right on top of that. One of the hoses has a hook shape bend on the end but is not attached to anything. Is it supposed to be? It seems like this would be a loss of suction which would explain why the fuel isn’t being pulled into the carb.

You can scratch this question as I found the correct service manual and identified the air cutoff valve and that the hook shaped line was just not routed properly and attaches to nothing.
