Any guys have the video about how to take out the belt and slider to check it and cleaning it ! tks !

Xciting 500 Service Manual ENG (http://www.scribd.com/doc/13244097/Xciting-500-Service-Manual-ENG#)  This is not a video but a link to a service manual with pictures. -- not sure what year.  There are other manuals for download if you do a google or bing search.  I couldn't find any videos specifically for Xciting 500 belt or variator but there are many on Youtube for other models.

if you want to take the belt off you need to remove the clutch as well ..if you only want to look at the belt then it comes loose when the variator comes off and you can see all one side easy and the rear side with a mirror

thank you ! it is very difficult to disassembly the nut at clutch, also the clutch shoes is very dirty and look like remain 1-1.5 mm, also the clutch cover
is look like have some purple colour appear, it is still function or need change another one ?

Hi.  The service manual states 1mm is the minimum thickness for the shoes.  Less than 1mm needs replacement of shoes.  I don't know about the coloring of the bell.

the colour is an indication that it has been getting hot,,probably due to the clutch slipping or taking a while to work up to speed...due to the wear on the shoes.( all that dirt is worn shoes)..I would change the shoes
