Title: High RPMs low Speed issue

I am a new to all of this. Just got a new 2023 Kymco 700i LE. Took it out for the very first time. Couldn't get over 20 mph but the rpms were running very high. Is this a normal break-in occurrence? Emergency brake is off and seat belt was on.

I know zip about S/Sides - do these have hi and lo ranges?
You are still under the warranty - dealer a phone call?

sounds like an issue, not familiar with the 700, is it just hi/low like the 450i, or a 3 speed?
I get nearly 30mph in low range, and 48 in high and I can do it pulling a 1000lb toe behind backhoe
