If you can find out the Kymco part number of your original part. It should be printed or stamped somewhere on the caliper. Then do a search "Kymco scooter parts" on the web. When I did that search there were several sources for parts but I don't know which ones are for your area. Or you can search using "Kymco (part number)" then there may be results for just the part regardless what scooter it says it is for.

@Biglee welcome here! Guess you are located at UK?
Pls see subito.it or ebay.it for your brake assy.
Here in Italy are lots of KYMCO scoots around and spareparts.
Go in this platforms with your model and you will find for sure what you need.
If you can't find, come back here and we'll see.

Pls give me details about your scoot:
-model
-2015
-which 400i
-which country
-which E..
Put a pic of your caliper in here.
There are lots of calipers online, pls see pic as an example for a XC 400i...

Hi Lee, welcome here!

Guess it's an Xciting 400?  You might try https://www.bike-parts-kymco.uk/ whom I have used successfully on a couple of occasions BUT last time I looked, being HQ'd in Netherlands despite the .uk URL suffix, they blamed Brexit and slapped on a €100 minimum order value!  Have a look though, they may take pity on you.
