Must have left my key on the other day - went to start it and was dead. Plugged it into my battery tender and seems ok now - after about 2 days of trickle charge (weather snowy so no rush) Charged it while installed on bike - used alligator clamps that came with tender. Haven't been on these boards much lately - workng on a Big Ruckus I bought - the Kymco sure kicks its ass as far as acceleration and top end go - the difference is pretty amazing. I re jetted the Honda and put in dr pulley sliders - some help - getting close to ps250 - but no cigar yet.

I have my P250s hooked up to a 'float charger' in my unheated workshop. Its been a few weeks now. The weather has been snowy and cold this month, where we live anyways!
This fall the scoot sat for about 2 weeks and the battery was went down enough where it would not turn over quick enough to start. I put it on a 'float charger' over night and the battery came up to charge and the bike fired right up the next day. A battery tender is a must when the temps go down.
The weather improved yesterday w/temps around 35F so I decided to try and start the scoot. It turned over quickly and tried to start but would not so I just gave up rather than run the battery down and put it back on the float charger. I didn't want to fuss over it trying to get it started. Oh well!
I miss riding already!
