So when did the people 200 series end and did they ever have ABS ? I’m still looking at a small
Kymco and I want Abs on anything I get . Thanks for the help !!

No ABS on the early People.....but look at the new People 150. Pretty sure they have at least front wheel ABS. The 2nd gen. LIKE150I have 2 wheel ABS.
Agree, ABS is the only way to go!

here's a link to an article describing the various years and models in this series..no ABS on the S200 and not sure but doubtful on the bigger S250.

The People 200 was actually only 163cc and had no ABS. The new 4 valve motor in the Like 150i and People S150 has more power than the old "200" did.
The People S150 has front wheel only ABS. I had the chance to ride one a few years ago. I liked it. It didn't feel quite as peppy as the Like but had a roomier riding position and smoother ride.
I also rode a People 200 back in 2010 when I was looking for my first scooter. I think the one I rode had underinflated tires because it handled like crap. I ended up buying a Super 8 150.

Thanks for the replies someone couldn’t sleep last night ? We have some agreeable weather today so I’ll be going to check out some bikes trying to find a people somewhere! I’ll let you know what I think after I go for a ride on one .

I road 128 miles today to reading motorsports they had all the Kymco models to sit on along with a bv350 adv 150 a lance 150 and some others . The people out the door is $3990 and seems the best for my tall frame now I have to see what set mods you can do to flatten it. When did the People 150 come out ? I will look for a used one .

I think they started in 2021 so when the weather breaks a fly n drive maybe in order(https://www.kymcoforum.com/blob:https://www.kymcoforum.com/e8c0955e-f96e-45fd-9576-c062e1b153e1)

"what set mods to flatten it " ??
Lower the seat height?
You'll find that Kymco/USA offers next to no accessory or OEM parts to 'mod' a Kymco.
For my LIKE200I Kymco offered crash bars (super HTF!)
sport mirrors and an underseat sandwich bag! Probably two more items than are offered for most models.

Your rite about that so I am having a hard time unlike my Honda adv there are lots of extras for that . I have been looking for AK additions but there is little offered on it also .
