Title: interesting way to ride a scooter...

Every summer I see this guy stop at Dino's for some kind of unmanly cup of something.....and ride off.
He lives here in the village ---- still, not the way I ride through traffic, ever.
I guess a lot of people never use the rear brake.
To each his own.

What is ATGATT? That's not really necessary on a scooter! ... Is it?
