I never was one to play Boy Racer*, "let's scrape somethin'! " - but when there are wet leaves out there, in the pitch dark - I'm even more attentive to my riding.

*i've nothing against riders who like to do those "single vehicle offs" - just wish they'd not carry insurance. They drag my premiums up. :)

As I've mentioned elsewhere, 22C over here at the moment and the leaves have only just started turning, but have not dropped - yet.

Looks like fun....not to mention wet paint stripes to slide on also...must still be a beautiful ride with the leaves changing color our there.

Stig….looks like we are representing north and south ohio!!
I was moaning about the temperature drop this weekend….and yes the leaves are falling, wet roads etc.
Not that its a solution to everything, but the ABS on the Kymco x-town 300i is excellent- both front and back.
I might be crazy but i kinda love slamming on the back brake and hearing/feeling the back tire struggle to grip and the abs braking and releasing many times a second!
Fun fun fun….obviously only when there’s no dangers/people/traffic/ corners etc!
(I’m not that crazy!)

We've had an entire thread on here about the pro's and con's of ABS where I reminisced about the occasion when my PCX125 ABS saved me from the embarrassment of dumping the scooter at a gravel-strewn junction with my son riding his bike behind me! I'm a convert needless to say.
