Title: KYMCO 150 ATV no power newbie needs guidence with diagnostics thanks

hello folks
Im not sure where I should post this so Ill start here.
I bought a 2nd hand 150 quad to help around the farm.
It was going great then we had some damp weather and it went from ignition light and mains lights on but wouldnt start to just dead no click nothing. No clicking sound when starter button is on.
I checked :
Kill switches is on.
Fuel switch is on.
the battery is reading 12.65
Solinoid is reading 12.6 also
If I connect the two bolts on the solinoid with a wire it turns over but wont start up.
I replaced the small long green fuse found near the battery. ( it was blown)
I replaced the spark plug.
Still no power no ignition light.

Is there another main (blue) fuse that I can replace ?
What else can I try as a complete novice
Id really like to find the problem so I dont go running to the garage all the time.

I forgot to say that I also tested both CDI units with a volt meter and both were good

Welcome here!
Don't own one and know much about quads, but following your narration  I would:
- check all ground points for loose / corroded parts / cables
- especially the one from battery minus to starter motor

Don't know whether this quad has another security feature to stop engine like an outboard motor?
Check this too.

Maybe get an electric diagram to see whats on this green fuse?

- check battery terminals
- if this is an injector model jumpstart with a car battery
- check sparkplug, cable and cap (renew)

+1 on checking battery terminals AND the other end of the cables, and on the starter, for corrosion, wouldn't be a bad idea after cleaning the terminals & cables, to use dielectric grease. If the terminals are well isolated, use conductive dielectric grease

your description sure sounds like low amperage passing thru to the starter even though the voltage is good

and just for sh!ts & giggles, put the battery on a charger(automatic, so that you don't overcharge)fully charged battery should be 13v
