Title: Maintenance at 12,500km? 2008 125cc

What all maintenance should have been done to an agility at 12,500km? I doubt the previous owner has taken care of it much and I want to make sure this thing lasts

Adjust/check valve clearance.
Change oil.
You already asked about gear oil.
Clean/replace air filter.
Check battery and connections.
*Inspect and measure CVT belt* This is a little involved so you need to watch some youtube videos about this, do some searches and reading of the THOUSAND posts on here and the ask questions when done or in a coma, whichever happens first!
Get/download/buy a service manual.

What Karl said plus, you may want to check tyres for wear / age-related cracking & brake pads condition?

If it's still running OEM tires I'd replace them with Michelin City Grips. I believe OEM tires are dangerous.

Service the brakes if they don't feel strong.
