I just pick-up '23 AK550 couples of days ago. I saw some sipping around the rear brake reservoir. I clean it up and lightly tighten. Still sips??. Could it be a bad seal? Anyone have any similar problem?

Is that "seeping" around the cap? Haven't noted that issue. This is the first I've heard of it on the AK. Could be a bad seal or gasket for the cap.
Might be worth carefully removing the cap and inspecting the seal for grit or defect. Just make sure to completely cover ALL plastic around and under the reservoir since brake fluid will damage the paint and surfaces. I use an old towel or old bed sheet (I keep some of these to cover plants outside when it gets too cold for them).

I opened it up and clean it. Today I checked after work, still sipping through(not ridden and the reservoir is level out). Maybe needed new seal, should be under warranty.

Yes, should be.

@AK23, welcome here!
- clean it properly outside with wipes / rags and rubbing alcohol
- after it's completly dry
- dust a light coat of (don't laugh) baby powder all around this res.
- will show you exact where it's leaking
