Title: AK550 Headlight Modulator ?

Have any AK550 owners put a headlight modulator on their scoot?

I haven't added one to my AK550, and haven't gone down the rabbit hole very far -- yet -- but it seems like a good idea.

What do you think?

Nope.
Haven't looked into that option.

I do know it would take a special modulator that works on purpose built LED headlights... not LED replacement bulbs but actual LED headlight systems. That's what the AK has. Might be a trick to find the right connector to make it work.

Might be easier to add driving lights that have modulation built in. Always good to have more lights.

So I don't know how to load pictures or I would post my new AK with a Bontrager Ion 200 light on the windshield .
These are for bicycles but they last 12 hours on high with the flash going really visible I drilled a hole in the wind screen and mounted it in the middle .
I bought 2 so if one stops working I have the other one ready to go they really do work .
