Look for a guide how to clean this carburetor and a drawing if possible.  Also, where this job is regarding difficulty.

carb is standard, run of the mill, CV carb. Same or similar to every other CV carb in use on a 50cc or 150cc scoot. See attached pic.

Cleaning a carb is easy...do a youtube search for cleaning GY6 carb or cleaning CV carb. Same principles apply to all carbs. Disassemble, remove all rubber pieces...spray carb cleaner and/or compressed air through all the tiny passages, jets, etc. Reassemble. Many times you may have to clean it a few times to get it really clean as the passages are small. Make sure your pilot jet is clean...meaning you can clearly see light through it. It is tiny and clogs easily.

Do some youtubing...then come back if you have more questions.

I only owned a scooter for 2 months and never done anything mechanical.   I cleaned mine after watching about 6 youtube vids.

Im a computer tech not a mechanic so difficulty?   Cant tell but where the tubes and hoses all go still confuse me but I took tons of pictures on each step that I did.     Go slow.
