I guess I don't go with the flow here in New Hampshire, for me, on average, 4 pints a year, on Labor Day, I buy a 4pack of pounders when I visit my brother. There was a day that I drank more, Friday night at the pub, maybe go out clubbing.
I wonder why? NH #2

I don't drink any alcohol. But I help my state every time I fill the tank in my AK or cars. I live in Iowa. The corn state. Ethanol is plentiful here and I have used it 90% of the time with NO issues for the last 30+ years in all my vehicles.

I do have a beer or a glass of wine on occasion, but if I were to vote, "curse or blessing" , I would vote curse.

If Scotch helps Ohio, then I am a contributor, but only an ocassional cold beer..

Looks like I'm upping the average consumption with my plentiful micro brew purchases..anything to help!

Haven't a drop in over34 years. Don't have any idea how....yeah, I know WHY I survived 26 years of insane consumption....26 years of insane behavior....definitely did my part foe CA, KS and AL, and TN. You could have tracked my movements by following the spikes in scotch whiskey sales.

Ho ho. My Scottish relatives get very possessive over their spelling of whisky... My personal favourite in years gone by was a malt called Bruichladdich (a rule of thumb given me years ago was the more unpronouncable the name, the better the malt!).

Helping Mexico a little.
This is the only spirits I drink. (except with holiday dinners when wife makes me drink her wine, "for my heart")
40 proof rum and coffee liqueur.
Sip it over ice with a dollop of half/half.
Been enjoying this stuff since the late 60's.
Lots of recipes built around Kahlúa

I used to drink my share of beer in my younger days - probably not more than 50 beers in the last 30 years. Now, I’m happy with a single glass of good red wine with dinner 3-4 nights a week.

Neil, this makes my mouth watering!

Same here. I run it in everything. I don't leave it set all winter is all.

never has an engine problem with ethanol, just a container contamination problem resulting in a lot of plugged fuel filters, discontinue use of that container, buy a new one, problem goes away
