Title: 2009 People 250 keeps shutting off

My 2009 People 250 with 8000 miles on it has always run perfectly.  Today....I was cruising at about 45 mph, when the engine just shut down.  I could start back up, but, if I didn't keep a little throttle on, it just kept shutting off.  So...slowing down to a stop sign or red light would a shut down as well.  It restarts, but keeps shutting down?  What is the problem??  Thank you!@

Your scoots symptoms could have several reasons:
was your scoot parked for awhile?
- fuel contaminated with dirt or water
- fuel pump or lines faulty
- fuel tank perpiration not working
- ignition system, coil-sparkplug-cap failing
- idle too low
- CVT,  rollers, belt, clutch not in shape
Try to approach systematically your rides dark spots.😉
