Title: Malossi Multivar 2000

Hi guys,
I have purchased a Malossi Multivar 2000 for my Kymco People 250. According to the catalog, the right part is 5111838 (the same part number for almost all Kymco´s 250 scooter models). But at least the boss and plate are smaller than the one in my scooter. Boss ID: 17mm (Malossi) vs 19mm (OEM). Same with the steel plate/ramp. Has anybody faced the same issue? Or is my scooter different from the rest? Thank you.

In other words, the OEM variator on my People 250 has a 19mm ID boss while the Multivar has a 17mm ID boss, so it won´t fit. Is this an odd case? Thank you.
