Is it possible to put the muffler of 2019 Kymco x Town 125 in the 2011 Kymco Downtown 125?

You will be the first if it can be done! Don't recall ever hearing of it before....

Many parts are model general.

The engines will be very similar as Karl says, but I'd be prepared to bet the exhaust hanger will need modifying or a bracket fabricating to secure it to the swingarm?
