Title: Driving in dark Dec. rain vs riding!

On this dark 6:00 AM drive in the rain I have NPR on the radio, auto intermittent windshield wipers, windscreen defogger, heat, a few thousand pounds of metal protecting me...and dry comfy seating with fresh coffee in the cup holder!
Versus riding my plastic scooter in the rain and the dark.......to go get a cup of joe....

Hmmmm......

New Year's Day here in my bit of the UK was dry and 7c so, time for a ride!  Happy to report that the suspected binding rear brake was a figment of my imagination.  Next job will be to wash the car & the scooter!
