Title: No power to the instrument panel when the key is turned on

I have a 2009 Kymco atv MXU-500 and can't find and don't know what  the problem is? No lights on the instrument panel but the head lights are working. I have no dealers around my area in Eastern Ontario. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
