2019 Kymco Like 50.   

Dealer told me there are no restrictors on this bike, because it is fuel injection.  The restriction is computer restrictions, and there is no way to de-restricted the moped unless install a new computer chip,  is this true???   ???

I research online that computer chip dealer is talking about is ECU?

I do not know the exact answer. However, it would make PERFECT  sense as it would be far easier and way cheaper to program an ECU to limit speed than make and install all the mechanical gismos to limit speed.

It is a 4 stroke . and not a 2 stroke - yes?

2's can be breathed on any number of ways and become go-fasters.
Not so sure about the 4 strokers. The impression I get from 4 stroke LIKE 50 owners is that they are s l o w! @33MPH max.

This needs to be well understood at the time of purchase!....not after!
