Hi, I am new to this forum. I have a 2020 Kymco Mongoose 270. I am trying to remove the castle nut that holds the rear wheel hub on. Does it turn counter-clockwise or clockwise to remove it? I have even used an impact wrench and it is not coming off.

Looks to me as a normal RH 16x1,5 mm castlenut.
Should open counterclockwise.
If all fails, cut with a DREMEL tool and brake it off.
