I've been on this little very steep snake of a road many times.
I know they aren't kidding about the proper speed

Coming down, at the bottom - THE very tightest corner - walking speed nearly - I met a giant Koogler trash truck coming up like he was driving a  mini cooper!
In that rig - he had no choice but to use all the road.

I swerved, wobbled, didn't drop off the 3" shoulder.....and was past.
No chance to brake.
"That was exciting!"

Yow! You could have wound up teeth, hair and eyeballs all over the handlebars! He must have further purpose for you!
