Well, they've graveled both sides of my coffee route.
They left plenty along the shoulders and piled in the center line...
The only half way safe area is in one of the 4 tires tracks (4? - yeah I tried the oncoming lane a couple of times :)...not much traffic an hour prior to sunrise!)
Big fun. Let's watch for deer and the puddles of gravel.
Are they going to 'roll' this mess, and maybe sweep up the loose stuff?
Monday I'll call the county engineer's office.

If it’s anything like the UK tar spraying and gravel chipping approach, you’ll be riding that great highway in the sky before you see a road roller! Here they just allow the traffic to bed in all the chips. Annoying as…. And dangerous.

same here. Vehicle traffic is the only 'roller' around. I usually stay off those roads for a few weeks until they are back to normal.
