Title: Xciting 500 Key will not turn

Hi,

The key in my Xciting 500 will turn left to unlock the seat but won't turn right at all. The steering is locked. It hasn't been ridden in a few months. The battery was recharged and installed.

Does anyone have an idea??  Help urgently needed.

Shoot and wiggle! Shoot in the key slot with lubricant (skinny red tube) and wiggle handle bars...

On my Grandvista 250 you have to push the key in, then turn it to the right to unlock the steering. It also helps to twist the bars all the way to the left while pushing in and turning the key.
