Matches my hat!
It 'bobs'!, you know - like a dashboard bobblehead.
Some guy sitting on the curb in St Petersburg was selling these out of a sack.
Just working out where to mount....

Maybe on top of your helmet? ::) ::) ::)

Cute addition to the bike. Where did you get the crash bars for it? I've been looking but can't find any.

Purchased rear from Texas dealer by mail. Front fender bar from my Ohio dealer, ordered from Kymco USA....in 2013.
I called dealers until Ifound them
These crash bars were item #1 on my want list! after taking ownership of the scooter.
HTF even 9yrs ago. Probably still a set out there, NOS, somewhere.
BTW, they're pretty well made.! Solid. Haven't rusted. Never been 'tested'!

OK gotcha I'll just start calling. There's one about 40 miles from me so if I get lucky maybe they can help me. I did a "test" on my 200 without the bars, thankful it's just scrapes.
Thanks Stig

Yeah, keep calling until you get a human! Might have to talk them into shipping it - like I did with that shop in TX. At that point I knew how scarce they were so did some begging for him to mail it to me. Can't recall shop's name after 9 yrs.
I remembered where I bought the large rear piece!

Can you help me. I am new here ,I see you have the crome trim on the side and goes all the way to the back
I think they call it a body bumper. I cannot find that trim anywhere. Your help will be appreciated
Thanks

Hello HarlyH,
Welcome to the forum!
First off - sounds like you might have a LIKE200i?...if so - you'll find it to be a great scooter. Very reliable when purchased new and used often!
Secondly - the good news is the chrome crash bars which Kymco made for the first generation LIKE's (50's and 200's) are well made. I've had mine on the scooter for 10 years....no rust or other issues, and I ride in the rain frequently!
The Bad News - from the get-go they were a hard accessory to find! And now they are a very hard accessory to find....new or used. Have never seen one on ebay.
I found the large piece 10 years ago by placing many phone calls to shops who carried Kymcos....large and small shops!~
You might have good luck by phoning around - speaking to the guys at the parts counters.
That worked for me - 10 yrs ago.
Surely someone has a set still in the box - nearly forgotten on the shelf!
Good luck!....and please advise if you find a source, this is a frequent request!
