Hello.
Just got my like back from police after it was stolen.
It's in rather bad shape so I trying to figure out, if I can make it run ok again.
I have noticed a resistence in the back wheel. It is not the brake as it remains after the wheel is of.
Tomorrow i will dismantle clutch to inspect further. (have ordered correct tools).
You can see the problem here.

Let me know if you ideas about how to fix it.
Thanks you 👍

Hi Jesper, sorry to hear this theft,
yes you should dismantle the whole CVT, clutch off too.
My suspicion is: guy tried to push-start (for reason whatever)
-some clutch part or part of your belt got separated
-or resistance spring got caught
Only taking off all parts gives you a clear picture whether a part of your drivedrain or your gear got demaged.
Maybe give us a feedback how it goes.

I'm curious....
Can you tell how many miles....by the odometer, if any, it was ridden?
Did they get it started?
Are there indications that it was crashed?

Way too many signs Stig. Scratches on all plastics, both mirrors and topbox gone. Half of central stand broken off. Front side plastic missing. A lot of bolts and screws missing in plastic parts. And so on. And a rotten milkshake left under the seat!!!
Police told me, they found it by chasing a suspect riding it until he crashed.
Not shure how many km he has done on it, but my guess is about 3000 from 12000 km to 15000 km. (current odo). Has been stolen for 7-8 month.
Oh, they also upgraded it to keyless.... (tried to link to an image of a 220v contact hanging out of the gaffa plastered keyhole.)
(https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipOCsDaVdlNf9YV2hJ5gVJKwCJbVcoP2zgZLJuhTz-C-NQw7h-GKuXckzuSL6npMjg/photo/AF1QipNdfteuGZnh7gToXcmDapmrlGNWeAMIFJsIz-tr?key=Sk1ZSDQ5UnNRRWtFR3lXT3ctR3JWV2lOTTFhbjNB)
So my fear is, that some main parts have been bend and hit, but hopefully, i can fix it to useable condition by changing not too vital parts.
It starts ok :)

sorry to hear about the theft. Ruffus's suggestion is great..remove all your cvt components, then you'll know if it's the clutch that is damaged or the final drive gears. The clutch bell should spin freely with no resistance., but your video shows it isn't spinning.
(You may want to consider getting a different scooter so you won't have to be reminded of the theft and abuse of your scoot!)
Please let us know what you find out.

Wow, thank you so much. I'm In Denmark and willl get in touch soon when I have an overview of what is missing to make it a scoot again.
I just removed the clutch bolt and the clutch flew out of the bike. Seem the inner big clutch bolt was complete loose and also broke I think.
I will try to get a new bolt first and maybe even a new complete clutch. Does anyone know if it is the same clutch on agility 125 since a have found a new one relatively cheep for that.
The transmission and back wheel seems to be ok and running freely after removing clutch.

Yes all 125/151/176 ccm have the same clutch.
Say, LIKE, DINK, AGILITY, GRAND DINK/YAGER.
Check up on all of it and send me a list what you need, goes at once then.
BTW: pics look to me as only the big (39mm) nut would have gone off...
..could be reassambled, if nothing broke or missing
EDIT: looking closer at this thread pic #2 and #3 and analyzing, I would see (from marks)that, it had been removed before and not properly tighened then. For the skidmarks at the threads rim I would say, repairable with a tap-file.
Indestines of your clutch have to be checked, particularely resistance coil and sleeve with warts(sliders). Balance of clutchbell too.
So don't rush with a new clutch.
-
Yeah, when that big nut came off...the spring is now bearing down inside the clutch bell....causing your hard turning .
Dang, glad you're OK when that clutch flew apart!

Luckely not so dramatic as the direction was down, but i did wake up though :) - (because i have no central stand any longer it is on sidestand and blocked up under to lift the back wheel from the ground)
-
A new central stand for your LIKE is available in my storage, comes with other parts.

Here is the sad list of what is broken or missing.
I have just put all I could see in there, so whatever you have I would be wery thankfull.
Hopefully I can fix it to running manday or Tuesday if the clutch nut willl arrive and maybe notice other broken stuff, when I get there.

Okay Jesper, most of your required parts are on stock.
Have to say, after watching your pics, this guys did their job thoroughly.
NOT on stock are:
-ignition switch
-seat- and glove compartement lock
-muffler all parts
-rear handle chrome/silver covers
-brake handle
-plate holder
-underseat bolts are normal 6x20mm
-body screws are 4x15mm woodscrews bigger crossbolt head
Bodyparts are in white or red. But to match you have to repaint them anyway.
-windshield high on stock, used, but without mounting rig
- OEM mirrors normal lenght on stock
Will put stuff together coming week, weigh it and tell you how much the p&p will be.
Pls from now only PM, don't want to do this publicely.
-
Jesper, found all your parts.
-Windshield comes with mounting which are attached to mirrors and handlebar
-found a whole rear break system too on the shelf
(brakehandle to caliper)
-plate holder too
-headlight and tacho assambly there
Pls send me a PM to agree further steps.

Ruffus comes through!! Wow, that’s a great thing you’re doing.

So a new 39mm nut and repaired thread did the trick.

Almost there!
Thanks to Ruffus, i now have a rideable scoot again.
https://ibb.co/ysbZgHY
Central stand still missing, as the mounting was broke so I will have to get a pro to weld something to fix it.
But the scoot is now ready to roll.
Unfortunately I found out I need to get it re-aproved by motor-authorities to get the plate on. And that requires a new ignition lock, the official told me (luckily central stand is not mandatory ind Denmark.
So i will get a new ignition lock set ordered from eBay and do a little more waiting.
And thanks again for all your help in here and Ruffus in particular.
