I was undergoing some kind of ...whatever, with the ladies shopping along this strip in Clearwater of 1000 shops..
when I suddenly spotted this tiny island of joy.
"MY People!" I exclaimed to my daughter....a little Dunkin Donut shop! "You'll find me right here when you're finished."
I picked up a cup of their Midnight brew, and a sinker and planted myself at a table.
Wearing my Red Sox hat....a couple passed just as I was dunking my donut in my coffee. They made a joke about a New Englander "dunkin' his Dunkin Donut!"...laughed like crazy at their cleverness. I nodded..
Pretty sure they were drunk.🙂
