Does anyone know, is exactly where the catalyst is in the exhaust (Kymco 125 (2006))

I don't know what an exhaust catalyst is.

Catalytic converter....

it should be in your factory muffler...it's in mine on my S200.

I think it is INSIDE every muffler on thhese Kymco bikes from the Excitings on down. What you said!

Interesting question.
Looking to sell one to recyclers?

The point is that
the catalyst rattles inside the exhaust
but, i don't want to cut the exhaust cover.
I think so.
I want to fix it from the outside with a screw
I weld a nut to the outside of the casing and
I fasten the catalyst inwards with a long screw
without disassembly and re-welding
so i should know exactly where it is located.
So far, I haven’t found an original factory exhaust exploded section drawing anywhere.

It is inside the muffler. I cant seem to find either an aftermarket muffler for my bike, Reason why I want to channge is because of weight reduction and loudness of course.

They only have exploded views for stuff you can take apart. That is to assist putting stuff back together. Your (our) muffler assemblies are welded together.

Late reply.
Can't do anything on the original muffler without cutting it open.
The thing rattling is probably not the catalytic converter, but a C shaped pipe that makes a 180 degree turn inside towards the converter.
Happened to me, had to get it cut open and welded again.
A long time ago there was a picture on this forum showing a cut Agility muffler. Maybe it's still here somewhere.
