Fishermen and golfers are the only folks I've met who pay so much attention to what the sky is auguring!
I can & do fish and scooter ride in the rain - golf - nope!

No, I carry only a few tools, warmer gloves and flat tire kits.
After residing a few months out in the monsoons of sunny S.E. Asia in my youth - I no longer pay much attention to the rain.
"Just keep your smokes dry ...and that special polaroid from the young wife!"
I never once failed to dry after getting wet......
