Picked up a 21 UXV 700i last year and this thing is NOISY. I know there is no bulkhead behind the seats so you get a lot of road noise in the cab. Its so bad I have to wear ear plugs. Mine came with front and rear windshield and they were rattling a lot but after some foam trim strips I can say its a little better but not much.
I think I am going to fab some bulkheads out of 1/2" foam board and see if that helps.
Anyone else feel this way about their machines?

I have the 450 model, and find it is not bad unless the cab area is closed up. Having a windshield and rear window makes cab noise much louder. For what it is worth, they are all loud when enclosed, I have a winter enclosure that makes things get really loud. Honestly I didnt think mine was that bad after riding in other brands of SxS. Keep in mind you arent driving a Caddy or a 20K machine like many out there today cost. They make a sound deadening material that self sticks in a matt form that is used for sound systems. I have it under my engine cover in my motorhome and it does help!! Many different brand names one is called dynomat, a thick rubver like material that has a sticky side, cut and stick down type material.

My '15 UXV450i is getting loud, still the original spark arrester, lots of high speed (40mph+) use, ya, I'm thinking of wearin my shooting muffs

UXV500i noisy to the point I wear mouse ears everytime it is driven. Great utility working machine but noisy like an LST engine room.
