I am wanting to get a brighter headlight has anyone ventured down this road yet. I am thinking about a 90w bulb

Take this with a grain of salt considering my experience is with the agility 50 but...

What I hear is if you go too bright you can blow the fuse, damage the wiring or, in a serious case, burn out the plug and melt the clear lens.

worst case scenerio for sure but I've still heard of it happening.

why not install an HID kit... used to have one on my xciting ang grand vista.

I always ride with my BIG headlight on. I adjusted the direction of the lights downwards so not to blind oncoming traffic.
It's eeasy and cheap!  :D

try ebay. Bought mine 3 or 4 years ago. 50watts hi/low korean made for php 9,500 ($220) now you can get 1 for $50 china made.

how much heat does a HID generate?..i just fitted LED's to my Xciting side lights.... big difference
