Title: 2021 Kymco AK550 Noodoe navigation

Can someone please school me on how to get navigation? I downloaded the app on my iPhone, I paired successfully with the scooter, got all the right screens but when I tap navigation on the app and tap get new route all I see is a white blank screen. I must have missed something. Suggestions? Thank you.

According to the Kymco Video, you must keep the phone within 30cm while performing the functions.
I have the app, but can't test it because I have been able to purchase the AK (YET!!).

Edit: Also, Bike Trips channel said you must make sure the scooter and phone have the same version of the app. The app updates the scooter but he didn't show how.
