Finally found a new 2021 Kymco X-Town 300i ABS (Black & Blue). I ended up buying it from ClevelandMoto. I should get it in about 2 weeks. I'll post pics, and will be back on this forum regularly now.

Congratulations hope you enjoy it

That shop moves a lot of scooters!
If they weren't so far away - I'd love to visit.
What are they getting for shipping?
I had scoots shipped - BUT they were not in much demand at the time.

No firm price on shipping yet. Dealer exploring several options. Think i'm in the $300 range.

It is certainly worth it to get the scooter you want!
I shipped a Burgman 400 2,400 miles for $650. (paid by the buyer, not me)
He got a very nice scooter!....and still at a good price, I guess.

I’d certainly buy one of your cast off scooters Stig, having seen all the TLC they get!

Oops! just realized I've been spelling it wrong. Thanks for noticing.

Why not ride it home...after all they were designed to be ridden.?
I had new 2019 XTown 300 i---nice bike once you undertand engine is stretched 250....and that is how it performs on road...fine in my book. I rode my XTown 13,000 miles so have some experience with them(400,000 miles with rubber band drive scooters)
Only problem for touring is lack of dealers in N.A America. I rode mine to Hyder AK as I recall. always carry spare drive belt, tools, pump, tire plugs.
Stock windshield is crap! Laminar Lip, bolted on helps, but shield it still narrow=not nice in cold weather.

Scooter shipping tomorrow. It's costing me $550.00 to ship to local dealer (Fulton, NY). He will do NYS inspection, and license it for me. Hopefully I'll pick it up next week.

Yeah, not a good idea to ride it home. Pretty nice scooter so wouldn't it be better to be following proper break in procedure - as suggested in your owners manual?
I suppose you could ride it and trash it if you're just going to sell it on at the end of the two yr warranty.....

Heck no! I'm 77 years old and hope that this scooter and I have more than 2 good years left.
