The owner of the UnderDog Cafe & Emporium Wines gives his employees a paid holiday -- in the true spirit of Labor Day.

Dino will be standing behind his counter from 6:45 till closing....yeah, OK - I wouldn't want to fuss with him about my Cappuccino after say - noon.  He'll be getting a little grumpy (-ier) by then. Even on a sunny day - he's not shy about dealing with problem customers.
I've seen him smile, put the $$ back on the counter, look over the shoulder of the fussy customer and, bellow, "Next!".
Kinda reminds me a a NYC deli.
