For 4 yrs when I was commuting to work in Ohio year/around, no snow/ice, I rode my scooter at least 6 days a week.....sometimes 7.
Since retiring - I continue to ride out before sunrise, year/around, 4-5 times a week. (dog walking at sunrise take the other days)
How many days a week do your ride, on average?

Once in a while I ride for fun. But not nearly as much as I want to ride and not really even every week! :(
AT least that's been the way for the last year and a half. Maybe now that the 2 big projects are done I might be able to return to riding more often. I'd like to ride a few days a week. But we'll see...

per my free ride tracking app (ESR..eat, sleep ride?) I have ridden 5 times in August and 16 times in July. June was bad at 5 times..although I don't always remember to turn my ride app on.
So anywhere from 'not at all' in a week to 5+ times. I probably average around 2-4 per week in peak riding season.
Just got back from a beautiful 106 mile ride on my motorcycle through the winding, hilly 2 lane highways to the North and East of me. Day started great but wind picked up significantly during the ride. Detail sprayed the bugs off and now thinking about a mid day nap...my ideal Sunday!

‘Bout the same Stig, but of late the rides have not been as long as I’d like! Minimum outing will be 15 miles as the nearest place to me is 7.5 miles away! That’s most days of the week though. Recently my maximum outing has only been 50 miles or so; I’m overdue some long runs.
