whats the valve clearance for 2013 50cc kymco like intake and exhaust ?

Both 0.08 mm will do. From some manuals written 0.05 mm wont do. Tight 0.1 mm will do, if you dont have spesific tool for 0.08 mm.
 With tight 0.1 mm (both) can tick a bit, use 15w-40 oil anyway so it wont be too thick oil with those valves.
