Title: kymco agility 50 slow
Post by: Tijmen on July 31, 2021, 06:07:19 PM
so i bought a secondhand kymco agility 50. installed new rollers, cylinder and a new piston. now the scooter sometimes makes a bang out of the exhaust. That was with sise 82 when i tried a smaller jet(80), but then it felt like it was holding in at 38 km/u. Does someone know a solution to make it faster?

Hmm, what year is it? I have a 2005 with 72cc naraku piston, runs out the tacho (80km'h\50mph). I have cut the cdi, new variator with 5.5grams rollers, a 1500rpm centerspring and "lvl1" clutch springs at the moment.
A new cdi or cutting the original one (depending on year) is the key to get some more power (rpm).

You can't make a 50cc very much faster.  Only a little bit faster.  Making them faster drastically shortens their TBOH (time before overhaul).
