Anyone see a price on this scooter?
Is it actually available in the USA?
Looks alot like it could be a nice replacement now that the Kymco 200i has been withdrawn?
Genuine seems to have a very good reputation and sell very good scooters.

I can see why these would appeal Stig and looks like a good dealer network?

I could only find limited info on this scooter but it looks like a re-styled Buddy 170 with 12" wheels. They call it a 200 but its 169cc.

Genuine does have a good reputation but it's my understanding that 'Genuine' is not a manufacturer, but rather a collection of Chinese made scooters gathered together, branded as 'Genuine' and distributed in the US by the 'Genuine Scooter Company'.

after some more reading on the new justgottascoot site it appears Genuine sources scooters from more places...the old Stella was Indian made and the Buddy was (is?) built in Taiwan. The Buddy has a very good reputation.

You are correct. The Buddy, Blur, Hooligan, and maybe some others were made by PGO in Taiwan and are good quality. The Stella was made in India and was lower quality. The new Royal Alloys are made in China and early reports are they are pretty good but they haven't been out very long. Genuine scooters is just the US importer and distributer.
There is a Genuine scooter dealer near me and they have had good luck with the PGO made scooters.
