Saw one LIKE 150, MY 2018 in Trieste today and talked to the owner. (pls see pics)
He says at least here in Italy all new LIKE models have full LED headlights and he sees an inprovement in this gimmick.

Yes, all the 2nd generation LIKE's hsve LED headlights.
Anything would be an improvement over the LIKE200i's 35W halogen bulb!
My Piaggio Liberty has the halogen bulb, too - but it is a 55W bulb - a world of difference!

I've tried fitting an LED into my 2009 Kymco, but it's much too big for the socket. There's a huge size difference, and some mods would be needed to get one to fit.

@JJJ, there should be one out in this LED world to fit in your scoots socket (pls read post quoted).

Changed my brakelight bulbs on both LIKEs a couple of days ago for LED items, plug and play, much brighter.

I've changed all the running lights and signals to LEDs, but the LED headlight challenge defeated me! It's just way too big.

@JJJ, what Kymco model and year you have, 'cause the few I saw until now all had standard H4 bulbs.
Or you mean the LEDs fan is to wide to fit through...

It's a 2009 Kymco Kiwi 100cc. The fan on the bulb is huge, couldn't figure out how to mount it since there's so little space behind the bulb.

@JJJ, ok finally I understood.
Yes, there are models with this fan at the bulbs rear. Others have a short piece of adapter between LED-bulb and H4 connector. The one I used had the fan in front of LEDs within the headlight. That one was flush like the original H4 halogen bilux.
