Spectacular collection of pictures from you! All those scooters and motorcycles stem from outrageous gasoline prices, right? Still, the delightful Med weather and the seemingly permanence of ancient Italy has to incite riding for just the joy of it.

@CROSSBOLT, yes we pay a little bit more here for gas. €1,70 per liter. Might be a reason too for that many scoots. Also streets are pretty small and a garage in the city costs as much as the flat itself.
And, to cruise around from sight to sight....
