Title: Kymco agility 50cc 2016 installed a 72cc bore kit and wont start!

i did everything right, i hope and the orignal head valves are on there,should i get new one? and top center i went with the timing part that holds the chain, due to my stator cover after u take the fan off is all rusted and i cant see top dead center, plz i need help

This is not complicated if you take the time to study how all the pieces fit together.  there's plenty of excellent videos, and not a lot of tools are needed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-GPXbM7qRU
